Shipping and Delivery

When you complete your order, your order will be added to the My Orders section on my account page. From this section, you can track the status of your order at any time. If you have any problems while ordering, you can contact us at

  • Your orders will be shipped within 7 working days at the latest from the date you place your order.
  • Products are sent with VuQu case and box.
  • You can cancel your order only by contacting us at before the product is delivered to the cargo.
  • Due to any problems that may be experienced, the specified period may be exceeded a little due to the density in the periods that coincide with holidays and special days. You can get information by contacting us at in case of any problems with delivery.
  • When your products are shipped, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address registered in the system and you will be informed via sms to your phone.
  • Customs fees to be incurred in overseas orders belong to the purchasing person/institution.
  • The cargo company is responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation. For this reason, when your order reaches you, we kindly ask you to open your package next to the courier and make sure that the products inside are undamaged. In case of any damage to the product, we recommend that you ask the cargo officer to keep a report and not take the product.
